National Services Cooperative is the official CharityWorks® online merchant account for accepting and processing charitable donations.

Donate to support humanitarian assistance to individuals that are in a health stressed condition and have no heath care insurance or financial ability to acquire treatment.

Charity Works will select registered nonprofit organizations that directly provide assistance to uninsured, health stressed individuals that are suffering from an untreated medical condition affecting the well being of their health and life.

A tax deductible receipt will be emailed to you for the amount of your donation
           Level 2 Donation:        $50.00        Quantity:    

A tax deductible receipt will be emailed to you for the amount of your donation
           Level 3 Donation:      $100.00        Quantity:

           Level 4 Donation:      $250.00        Quantity:
